A designing thinking tool that helps bring cross disciplinary teams (especially non-designers) into the design thinking process by making "idea generation" easy and not focused in UI or sketching. The tool is primarily used for large groups to quickly brainstorm their ideas within user-centered constraints. After brainstorming, teams review each molecule and can vote using dots or the 2x2 framework to create a stack-rank of priority/importance. The team can take some of these ideas and test these during discovery session or design sprints.
